As a result of the investigation into Hope Church at ASU, on February 9, 2017, ASU's administration sent a letter to each of the 5 student clubs under Hope Church's control informing them that they were being sanctioned by the University. Proof has previously been provided on this website that these 5 clubs were ministries of Hope Church, but were masquerading on ASU's campus as secular organizations in order to perform deceptive evangelism on behalf of the church. Below is the decision letter sent by ASU to the 5 clubs, which are: Man Up, WoW Factor, Outlaw Comedy, Sun Devil Survivor, and Sun Devils Wear Prada.
The primary results of the ASU administration's actions were the following:
1) The five clubs must disclose publicly, on ASU OrgSync, in branding and promotional materials, in surveys conducted on campus, in sign-in sheets at events, and in communications with students, that they are in fact ministries of Hope Church. This is a validation of the claims put forth by the student complainants since the beginning of the investigation.
2) The five clubs are placed in a state of probation, whereby they are no longer granted access to the residence halls on campus in any capacity.
